  • 20 Windows servers;

  • Set up and administered 100 Rewards programs.

Project: Installed, trained, supported and managed the Visa USA smart Rewards Platform and Helpdesk systems for Visa USA’s Technical Support Agency, Visa Extras and Catuity testing and production environments.

  •  Supported a Windows 2000 operating system, Sybase 12.5.1 adaptive server database, Sybase 12.1 replication server, Catuity’s product, IBM 4758 hardware security module and all new product releases.
  • Performed on-site certification testing for the contact smart card, gift card and e-business solutions at Visa production and staging Data Centers at Digex in Maryland.
